Progress Photos

SetSense offers an optional progress photo feature to help you track your fitness transformation. Here's how we handle your progress photos:

• Storage: Progress photos are stored securely on Google Firebase Cloud Storage servers with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Privacy: Your progress photos are completely private and only visible to you within the app. They are never shared with other users or third parties.
• Your Control: You have full control over your progress photos:
  • You can delete individual photos at any time
  • All progress photos are automatically deleted when you delete your account

Important: While we implement strong security measures, we encourage you to upload appropriate content that you're comfortable storing in a cloud service. By uploading progress photos, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content you upload and that it complies with our Terms of Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings. When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

• All Training Data: Your training blocks, workouts, exercise history, and performance data
• All Progress Photos: Both the Firestore metadata and the actual photo files in Firebase Storage are permanently deleted
• AI Chat History: All conversations with the AI trainer and generated training plans
• Custom Content: Your custom exercises (both strength and cardio), templates, and preferences
• Account Information: Your profile data, email, and authentication credentials

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
